The Council for Administrative Reform approved the proposal of the Ministry of Transport, Information Technology and Communications for development of e-services

The Council for Administrative Reform approved a list with registers of administrative services that will be included in the project of the Ministry of Transport, Information Technology and Communications “Development of the administrative services via electronic”, realized with the financial support of the Operational Programme “Administrative Capacity”, financed by the European Union through the European Social Fund.

The most used services of key registers will be developed as internal administrative services. The administration will be able to verify via electronic, facts and circumstances that have already been registered by another administrative body.

The project is managed and realized by MTITC and through the decision of the Council for Administrative Reform is provided a partnership with departments, “owners of registers” that keep data. Among the registers – object of the project are the Property and the Trade register, Bulstat and Cadastre, a certificate showing no previous conviction, national data base “Population”; Bulgarian identity documents, an electronic patient’s chart; centralized registers of the state and municipal property, local rates and taxes, Electronic deed etc.

Once it’s done, the technological solutions can be used by all administrations.

More than 80 million levs annually are expected by savings. The prognoses are made on the basis of saving 5 minutes of the time of the public servant and 2 hours of the time of the clients of the public administration.
