"Cyber Winter 2011" simulates hacker attack against MTITC

Valery Borissov opened today the first computer learning " Cyber Winter 2011". The aim of the exercise is an employee of the Ministry of Transport, Information Technology and Communications and its’ executive agencies to handle in real time against hackers servers and systems. So people who are dependent on information security will learn how to put out virtual fires, said Deputy Minister Borissov at the opening.
Deputy Minister Valeri Borissov, said that early next year pending national study on cybersecurity.
