Information Regarding the Realization of Charter Flights from “Easy Fly”

Regarding the published information in the mass media, that on January 28, 2006 "Easy Fly" starts the execution of charter flights on the route Plovdiv – Munich – Berlin – Plovdiv, we must inform you about the following:

• By virtue of the civil air navigation low on Republic of Bulgaria the firm "Easy Fly" has never been registered as an air company and therefore has no right to offer as a service, or to execute, an aerial transportation.
  
• By request, and on the basis of the signed contract with the company “Marko Polo 2000” on January 28 2006 a charter flight will be fulfilled on the route Plovdiv – Munich – Berlin – Plovdiv with an airplane of the company “Hemus Air”.
