27.02.2014

The Deputy-Minister of Transport, Information Technology and Communications Georgi Todorov and the Deputy-Minister of Youth and Sports, Yordan Yovchev announced today that “Bulgarian Posts” EAD offices will offer the services of the Bulgarian Lottery. The project starts with six offices - in the residentiat areas of “Geo Milev”, “Lyulin”, “Nadezhda” as well as in the towns of Ihtiman, Elin Pelin and Kostenetz. So far 108 post offices have been licensed to provide the Bulgarian Lottery services and they are expected to start providing them at the beginning of March.

“The electronic form services, which save time both the customers and the employees of the Posts, are provided from today”, said Deputy-Minister Georgi Todorov during the ceremony. “Instead of completing a written form one can dictate the numbers and get a form with a holographic sticker”, he explained.

The forms will be processed via terminals installed at the “Bulgarian Posts” offices. Besides filing the tickets prizes of up to 200 levs will be repaid in the offices.

For the inauguration event the Deputy-Ministers Georgi Todorov and Yordan Yovchev picked the name of a media representative at event and gave them a lottery ticket. The lucky one was Borislav Lazarov, BTV journalist, who immediately filled in a combination of numbers for the upcoming drawing.

Today's event was attended by the Executive Director of “Bulgarian Posts” Valentin Petkov and the Chairman of the Board of Managers of the Bulgarian Sports Lottery Nurair Nurikyan.
