The 60th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between Bulgaria and India was commemorated today with a topical postal card.  Post stamps are a universal means of sending messages between countries, said the Deputy Minister. The cooperation between Bulgaria and India is developing in fields such as politics, economy and culture. Georgi Todorov highlighted the excellent cooperation in IT and communications and more specifically the programme which is financed by the Indian government for technical and economic cooperation. Within this project a number of employees of the Bulgarian administration have undergone trainings in the field of technologies.

The post stamp validated today is the second in the Bulgarian philately to commemorate the diplomatic relations between Bulgaria and India. It is being circulated in 747 copies and the artist is Georgi Pavlov.
