EA Automobile Administration starts working on 9 new e-services

EA Automobile Administration starts working on 9 new e-services, said the new Executive Director Tsvetelin Tsvetanov at the presentation of the three projects the Administration is implementing under OP Administrative Capacity with the financial aid of European Social Fund.

Tsvetelin Tsvetanov announced that the new electronic services that are being developed under one of the projects concern the issuance or renewal of validity of licenses and certificates for public transportation of passengers and cargo in Bulgaria, as well as registering changes in licenses. In his words the deployment of those services will significantly improve servicing business and will save time and resources for the carriers by increasing transparency n the provision of administrative services.  

The rest of the projects aim at increasing the knowledge and skills of employees in the administration who are responsible for carrying out examinations for drivers and inspectors who control automobile transport. The employees will undergo practical trainings to improve their competence on road safety. The qualification of representatives of examining board will also be improved. The value of the three projects is almost 900 thousand Levs and the deadline for their completion is the end of September 2015.
