Driver candidates will now be tested only electronically

At the initiative of the Minister of Transport, Information Technology and Communications Ivaylo Moskovski all theoretical examinations of applicants for drivers will be start to be conducted electronically three months earlier than planned.
As of today in all district departments the theoretical exams will be held only on tablets. For this purpose, the Executive Agency "Automobile Administration" has established the necessary organization to ensure the necessary amount of devices. Amendments were made to Ordinance № 38, which revise the deadline for the elimination of paper tests and the introduction of electronic exams from January 1, 2016 to October 1, 2015. This will limit chances for corruption and will improve traffic safety. |
