MTITC Measures for Qualitative Railway Transport

		  BDZ Improves the Service for Its Customers 
 
 The inclusion of free access to the information system of BDZ for all  internet users is already reality. The service is part of the activities of MTITC for improvement of the service quality in the railway transport and is being accomplished through the internet site of the national carrier (http://www.bdz.bg/ ). The customers of BDZ have the possibility to receive real time information from Central Railway Station in Sofia. The service offers data for the departure and the arrival of the train, the tract where the train has been positioned, as well as for eventual delays.
