A DOKK TRASECA Meeting Took Place in the Ministry of Transport 01.03.2006

  A meeting of the state - public consultative commission (DOKK) TRASECA took place in the Ministry of Transport today. It was led from the Deputy Minister of Transport Georgi PeterNeichev, TRASECA national secretary for Bulgaria.

Members of DOKK TRASECA, experts from the Ministry of Transport, as well a representative of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs attended the session.

Summary:

 

  • Activities report of the national commission TRASECA in Bulgaria, regarding the realization of the resolutions of the 4th annual session of TRASECA (BAKU, April 21- 22, 2005)
  • Report on the readiness of our country to accept the strategy of MPK TRASECA about the development of transport corridor Europe – Kuakas –Asia to 2015.
  • Information about the activities of the interdepartmental workgroup, regarding the collecting of TRASECA transport streams database.
  • The Ministry of Foreign Affairs representative presented a report about the further development of the institutional structures of TRASECA, as well a conception for transformation of TRASECA to international organization.
  • The results of the session will be presented in a statement, approved by the president of the DOKK TRASECA – the Minister of Transport Peter Mutafchiev.
