The Ministry of Transport Will Take Part in an Automobile Seminar 29.05.2006

The Ministry of Transport will take part in an automobile seminar, with the participation of representatives from the transport branch. The forum will take place on May 30, 2006 at 10am to 13pm in the conference hall of hotel “Pliska”, Sofia.

During the seminar the Director-executive of the Executive Agency “Automobile Administration” associate professor Volodia Kirov will present the actions which the Ministry of Transport undertook from the begin of the year 2006 against the illegal transportation. He will introduce to the branch representatives the new requirements, connected with the accession of Bulgaria and Rumania to the European Union.

The following topics will be discussed during the seminar:

 

  • Which are the actual results, the state administration has achieved in the struggle against the illegal transportation in the country and abroad.
  • The new requirements towards the bus carriers after the accession of Bulgaria into the EU (obligatory introduction of a digital tachograph, safety belts, etc.).
  • Possibilities for cooperative work between EA “Automobile Administration” and the existing associations of automobile carriers – actuality and perspectives.
