By order of the Minister of Transport Peter Mutafchiev, in the regional directorates of “Automobile Administration” telephone lines are opened, where the citizens will have the possibility to submit signals, in order to avert corruption practices. In this way growth of the public confidence in the Agency’s activity is aimed.

On every registered signal the director of the regional directorate prepares a report, where the content of the signal shall be described, the measures taken and the conclusions. The report shall be sent to the director of Directorate DAI (State Automobile Inspection).
DAI shall prepare a register of the received signals and the measures taken, and shall make a monthly general conclusions report. It shall be given to the Director-Executive of EA “Automobile Administration” to the 10th of the next month.
