After the yesterday’s decision of the Council Ministers to increase the members number of the “Navigation Maritime Bulgare” Director Council, the Minister of Transport Peter Mutafchiev appointed Captain Plamen Dimkin as a sixth member. In the year 1991 Captain Dimkin has graduated the Naval Academy N.Y.Vaptsarov with a golden medal. Captain Dimkin began his career as a junior navigation officer in NMB. He is Member of the High Seas Navigation Captains Association – Varna; also member of the Maritime Navigation Institute in London. Since the Graduation, Captain Dimkin is working without interruption in the field of sea shipping. Since the year 2004, he is procurator of Fidelitas Ltd (Lloyds Agency for Bulgaria).
