The Minister of Transport, Information Technology and Communications Ivaylo Moskovski, the Mayor of Sofia Yordanka Fandakova and the Executive Director of Metropoliten EAD Stoyan Bratoev awarded the construction workers, architects, designers and constructors engaged in the construction of the underground at an event at Bulgaria Concert Hall on the occasion of the last section of the underground financed under Operational Program Transport 2007-2013. Earlier today the section with three stations to the Business Park in Mladost 4 residential area was commissioned.

“I hope that we will be the same good team in the construction of the third metro diameter in Sofia from Yanko Sakazov Blvd. to Krasno Selo residential area”, said at the ceremony Minister Moskovski. “I am proud to participate in the implementation of this project”, he added.

Previously Mayor Yordanka Fandakova thanked the Ministry of Transport, Information Technology and Communications and the other institutions to aid the project for the team work. She expressed her personal gratitude to Minister Moskovski for the proposal to award Stoyan Bratoev and four representatives of his team with the highest ranking medal – Stara Planina.
