Deputy Minister Valery Borissov: The rules on access to public cloud infrastructure are close to finalization 29.06.2016

The activities for the development of the procedures and the rules on access to cloud infrastructure for e-government are close to finalization, said the Deputy Minister of Transport, Information Technology and Communications Valery Borissov during a presentation on platform management solutions. The event was attended by representatives of the central administrations, the National Association of the Municipalities in Bulgaria and IT companies.

During the opening Deputy Minister Borissov said that perhaps only 10 of all 265 municipalities can be praised with relatively good IT capacity in e-governance. Simultaneously, cloud infrastructure that will use local authorities is at an advanced stage of development, so may be launched soon the provision of centralized resources in a convenient and secure way.

During the event, the Executive Director of the Executive Agency "Electronic communication networks and information systems" Krassimir Simonski presented the stage of development of the Cloud environment of e-governance. Platforms for communication and management were subject of presentations of the companies that have elaborated the technological solutions.
