The Ministry of Transport, Information Technologies and Communications is starting the preparation of the Thematic Plan for issuing postage stamps in 2022. By August 31, 2021, proposals for marking events of public, national or global significance, as well as and round anniversaries and celebrations.
The head of the Specialized Expert Council for Stamp Issuance is the Minister of Transport, Information Technology and Communications Georgi Todorov. Proposals for the issuance of postage stamps next year will be evaluated by prominent artists, philatelists and experts. Every year the publications are organized in several thematic sections "Bulgaria - our homeland", "Bulgaria and Europe" and "Bulgaria and the world".
