Stela Georgieva and Tsvetomir Doskov have been appointed as new members of the Board of Directors of Bulgarian Posts EAD by order of Minister of Transport and Communications Georgi Peev. Elitsa Popova will remain on the company’s management board.
Darin Matov, Radoslav Bozhkov and Zdravko Anakiev have been released from their positions.
Stela Georgieva has 17 years of experience in the banking and financial sectors. Tsvetomir Doskov has 30 years of experience in finance, banking and corporate management. From 2024 to 2025, he served as a member of the Board of Directors of Bulgarian Posts.
The change in the management of Bulgarian Posts is part of the policy of the Ministry of Transport and Communications aimed at ensuring the company’s organisational and financial stability.
