Regarding publications of incorrect content, we clarify as follows:
Today, at 5 p.m. during a routine inspection a team of EA “Road Transport Administration” stopped a heavy vehicle over the weight of 12 t. with a registration number СА 0576 РС. The inspectors identified four violations and drew up 3 acts thereto. The vehicle was neither licensed nor allowed to implement public transportation operations. The driver did not provide information from the tachograph for the recent 28 days under the requirements of the Road Transport Act. The third act was related to the lack of waybill and bill of lading. The vehicle that was transporting a sound platform was imposed a coercive administrative measure and was taken off the road until the removal of the violation, because of the lack of a license for transportation operations.
