Deputy Minister of Transport and Communications
Anna Mihneva-Natova holds a Master’s degree in Law from Sofia University “St. Kliment Ohridski”. She has over 25 years of experience in the water sector and the European projects management.
She started her professional career in the International Law Directorate at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Later she joined the Executive Agency “Maritime Administration”, where she was responsible for the international relations and European projects management.
Since 2015 till now she has worked as a Director of the Project Management Directorate at the Port Infrastructure Company. From February 2022 to June 2022, she was a Director-General of the State Enterprise.
She has acquired a number of additional qualifications at the University of Virginia, Rhodes Academy of Oceans Law and Policy, Clingendael Institute of International Relations, The Hague, University of Cambridge, University of Amsterdam.
She is fluent in English, Russian and Spanish.
