By order of Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Transport and Communications, Grozdan Karadjov, the Executive Agency "Automobile Administration" conducted a comprehensive inspection of "NK ASIST" EOOD, the company that towed the vehicle that crashed on the Trakia motorway on Tuesday.
The inspection results indicate that both the company and the vehicle's driver possess all the necessary documentation required for carrying out such activities. The vehicle is registered as a specialised vehicle and is duly listed in the roadside assistance register.
Regarding the service tariffs, the Executive Agency "Automobile Administration" does not have legal authority to determine or restrict pricing for such services.
