"Information Services" AD recorded its best financial result for the past five years. In 2015 the company realized income of 21,3 million levs and reported profit for the year amounting to 1,7 million levs. The results showed income growth of 35 % compared to 2012, 11 % compared to 2013 and 4 % compared to 2014. The significant growth of the financial performance is a result of the attraction of new customers and several measures of the company's management initiated to optimize costs, training and qualification of employees
Among the new projects for 2015 are those for the establishment of an electronic register for Bulgarian citizenship for the Ministry of Justice, information system for monitoring of the activity and the revenue for the State Gambling Commission, voting machine selection of the management of the Chamber of Private Enforcement Agents, etc. A system for issuing of tickets and cards is elaborated, incl. online for BDZ too, which is to be installed in 2016.
"Information Services" was the first company issuing electronic signatures in our country that reduced in long term the value of the service and introduced issuing and renewal of electronic signature valid for three years. As a result, the value of the electronic signature for individuals StampIt is 12,00 levs, which is 50 % lower than in 2014. Sales of e-signatures of the company realized in 2015 have increased by 16 % compared to 2014 and the number of the issued and renewed electronic signatures in 2015 increased by 23%.
Since the beginning of 2015 have been undertaken measures to reduce major costs associated with optimization of the administrative team of the company, a 50% reduction of fuel costs and maintenance of the fleet, 20% less costs for consumables and stationery. Part of the savings are reinvested for modernization of the working environment. In order to maintain and develop the technological infrastructure that is the foundation of the processes for providing IT services, in 2015 have been realized number of investments for upgrading of technological equipment. Among them is the realization of two new data centers, which significantly increases the volume and the quality of the services provided by the company.
The new policy of "Information Services" is also related to investments in education and training of the team. By implementing the program for professional training, the company has now at disposal 28 experts internationally certified for project management, incl. the authoritative international PMI and Prince2.
In 2015, the company successfully implemented the project on computer processing of the results from the local elections and the national referendum 2015, incl. in an unprecedented for Bulgaria cyber attack against the website of the Central Election Committee.

The company specializes in the elaboration, development and maintenance of information systems of national significance, including the information system of the revenue management from local taxes, the main information systems of the National revenue Agency, incl. also public services of the agency, as well as the systems of the Ministry of Finance and the "Customs" Agency.
