The Ministry of Transport and Communications has enhanced its published register of water sports facilities by introducing an interactive map displaying all registered sites along the Bulgarian Black Sea coast. The digital tool brings together information on all registered facilities in one place, providing citizens, tourists and businesses with a convenient way to locate them.

The platform has been designed for ease of use. By selecting a specific facility, users can access an information window containing detailed information, including its name, type, location and key characteristics based on its intended purpose.
The new functionality enables users to quickly find services available along the entire coastline, ranging from the hire of jet skis, towable water sleds and parasailing equipment to specialised surfing schools and pedal boat hire facilities in the Burgas and Varna regions. The map also provides information on beaches where no watercraft are available for hire.
The initiative is intended to make it easier for users to access information while promoting the tourism, sports and leisure opportunities available along Bulgaria’s Black Sea coast.
