The postage stamp, dedicated to the first Bulgarian Presidency of the Council of the European Union, will remain in time, both with its philatelic and symbolic value. This was stated by the Minister of Transport, Information Technology and Communications, Ivaylo Moskovski during the validation of the second post-philatelic edition dedicated to the Bulgarian mandate as the leader of the European Union.

Minister Moskovski also said that the postage stamp would be a good memento of the well-done organization during the Bulgarian Presidency. He added that the edition will be given to the participants in the EU-Western Balkans summit, which will take place in Sofia, Bulgaria on May 17, 2018, as well as all the others in the upcoming events within the Presidency.
