The Ministry of Transport, Information Technology and Communications approved for funding another 344 applications by bus carriers from the second evaluation session. They have a total value of nearly BGN 12.8 million. Thus, the number of all bus companies approved so far is 552. Almost BGN 14 million is the funding already paid for the 208 project proposals approved at the beginning of the month under the measure from the first evaluation session.
The funds are allocated under procedure BG16RFOP002-2.091 "Support for bus and coach SMEs to overcome the economic consequences of the COVID-19 pandemic".
Applications from the second session, which are not included in the published lists, have not yet been processed and the evaluation has not been completed. The results of these applications will be published further.
