The Ministry of Transport and Communications Ensures Full Transparency in the Provision of State Aid
In accordance with the requirements of Commission Regulation (EU) No 651/2014, the Ministry of Transport and Communications (MTC) publishes information on each individual aid award under the General Block Exemption Regulation (GBER).
Pursuant to Annex III of the Regulation and Article 9(1), Member States are required to maintain dedicated websites where detailed information on the granted aid is made publicly available. This data must be provided in a format that allows for searching, extraction, and free use — for example, CSV or XML — without requiring registration.
Public Consultation on the Terms of Application for Investment K7.I1 "Large-Scale Deployment of Digital Infrastructure on the Territory of Bulgaria" under the National Recovery and Resilience Plan
In accordance with Article 5, paragraph 2 of Council of Ministers Decree No. 114 of 8 June 2022 laying down detailed rules for the provision of funds to final recipients under the Recovery and Resilience Facility, the Ministry of Transport and Communications, in its capacity as the Monitoring and Reporting Structure for Investment K7.I1 “Large-Scale Deployment of Digital Infrastructure on the Territory of Bulgaria”, has published for public consultation the draft Terms of Application for receiving funding under the Facility.
