In accordance with Article 5, paragraph 2 of Council of Ministers Decree No. 114 of 8 June 2022 laying down detailed rules for the provision of funds to final recipients under the Recovery and Resilience Facility, the Ministry of Transport and Communications, in its capacity as the Monitoring and Reporting Structure for Investment K7.I1 “Large-Scale Deployment of Digital Infrastructure on the Territory of Bulgaria”, has published for public consultation the draft Terms of Application for receiving funding under the Facility.
Interested parties may submit comments, proposals, and written objections regarding the documentation by 3 January 2025 at the following address:
