Functions:

  1. Develop, coordinate, update and monitor the implementation of strategic, planning and programming documents for the development of digital connectivity;

Concessions and Control of the Activity of the Trade Associations and Government Enterprises Directorate

Concessions and Control of the Activity of the Trade Associations and Government Enterprises Directorate:

1. Organizes and conducts the procedures for granting concession of railway infrastructure sights – state property, including the lands allocated for their construction, whole or technologically separate parts of ports for public transport of national significance and civil airports for public use;

2. Performs regulatory, coordinating, controlling and information functions related to concessioning;

Legal Directorate

  1. provides the legal and regulatory terms of the Minister’s activities;
  2. prepares and participates in the drafting of regulations in the field of transport, information technology, communications and e-government;
  3. provides opinions on the implementation of laws and regulations;
