Lyuben Nanov holds a Master's degree in Finance from the University of Sheffield, UK and a qualification in Strategic Management and Leadership from the Chartered Management Institute, London. He has specializations in Europe and in the USA on topics related to asset and liability management.

He has extensive experience in the field of transport and communications.

From 2009 to 2013 he was the Financial Director of Bulgarian Posts EAD.
