  1. prepares an official name table of the Ministry, prepares and updates the salaries of the Ministry;

Functions:

  1. develops the methodology of the accounting and financial policy of the Ministry under the Accountancy Act, regulatory acts for fiscal policy as a first level spending unit and earmarked funds and authorizing the funds under international programs;

The Secretary General shall manage, coordinate and control the functioning of the administration under the Minister.

The Head of “Protection of Classified Information, Safety and Internal Security” Unit is directly subordinate to the Minister, is responsible for information security, performs the tasks assigned under the Protection of Classified Information Act, manages the Unit and is responsible for the safety, access and internal security in the premises of the Ministry.

Functions of the Inspectorate

The Inspectorate is directly subordinate to the Minister and ensures the execution of its controlling functions as it provides administrative control at the Ministry and the Second level spending units to the Minister.

The Inspectorate carries out comprehensive, complex and topical checks under an annual plan approved by the Minister, as well as checks following signals, requests and proposals or cases with broad public significance. The checks are carried out following a written ruling by the Minister.

Internal Audit Unit is directly subordinate to the Minister and carries out internal audits under the Internal Audit in the Public Sector Act.

The unit carries out internal audit to the programmes, activities and processes at the Ministry, including to the regulations related to EU funding allocation and at the Second level spending units to the Minister of Transport, Information Technology and Communications as it:
