The postage stamp, dedicated to the 90th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between Bulgaria and Argentina, continues the tradition with which we mark important events in the relations between the governments and the peoples with philatelic editions.  This was stated by the Minister of Transport, Information Technology and Communications Georgi Todorov during the ceremony of validation of the common post mark.

Bulgaria's active role in the activities of the Universal Postal Union has received high recognition, said the Minister of Transport, Information Technology and Communications Georgi Todorov on the election of our country for a member of the Postal Operations Council of the UPU. At the 27th Congress of the Union, which held from 9 to 27 August 2021 in Abidjan, Côte d’Ivoire, our candidacy received the maximum number of votes in the Eastern Europe and North Asia geographical group, added Minister Todorov.

The Deputy Minister of Transport, Information Technologies and Communications Andreana Atanasova, the Speaker of the National Assembly Tsveta Karayancheva and the Ambassador of Kazakhstan to Bulgaria Temirtai Izbastin validated an edition dedicated to the friendship between Bulgaria and Kazakhstan. It consists of two postage stamps. The first depicts the philosopher, mathematician, musician and astronomer Abu Nasr Al-Farabi. He was born 1150 years ago on the territory of today's Kazakhstan.

On the World Post Day, we do present an edition, dedicated to the most widely accepted art, said during the ceremony the Deputy Minister Atanasova.

A postcard with a collector's circulation of 511 pieces was validated today on the occasion of the 60th anniversary of the Children's Choir of the Bulgarian National Radio. The seal for putting into use was put by the Deputy Minister of Transport, Information Technologies and Communications Andreana Atanasova and the chief conductor of the children's radio choir Venetsiya Karamanova.

Bulgarian projects for digital transition under the European Mechanism for Recovery and Sustainability will be prepared in synergy between the state and business. This was stated by the Minister of Transport, Information Technology and Communications Rossen Jeliazkov at a meeting on his initiative with representatives of the State Agency for Electronic Government, the Communications Regulation Commission and mobile operators.

A postage stamp marked the 170th anniversary of the Irish journalist James Boucher’s birth.
